Running a business has many challenges and I seem to have experienced a few of late so it has been just wonderful to have the support of the Milnes Beatson team to help me through.
Grant is always there for me, no matter the challenge and, while I don’t mean to single out just one person, his Tax Manager Cath has been a massive help to me this year especially. I had some problems with Inland Revenue’s new system and was feeling harassed, but Cath calmly (as always) went through it with me and fixed it up with IR. It means a lot as she does not have to go beyond the call of duty but does – every time.
I am sure you know how great she is but, often we don’t hear the positives about our employees. And she is a real gem.
